Airplane Multi-Engine Rating

Adding a Multi-Engine Rating to your Pilot Certificate prepares you to fly faster, more complex airplanes and gives you many more options when pursuing employment as a professional pilot. We find it significantly more cost effective to earn your Certificate in a Single-Engine Airplane and then add a Multi-Engine Rating. Applicants should plan on 5 to 10 hours of flight training and 5 hours of ground instruction.

SIMCOM, one of the nation's premier flight simulator training facilities is located just two blocks from Alliance Flight Schools. Students spend time in state-of-the-art training simulators (motion and non-motion) to meet FAA and insurance requirements for initial and recurring multi-engine training in a variety of aircraft to include; PISTON, TURBINE, and JET aircraft.
